How does SmartGenix work?
It's quite simple really. As a customer, you download the app, find a garage or recovery service that suits your needs, book a job, and follow the job progress all within the app. If you're a garage or recovery service, you can manage all your bookings, job statuses, and payments in one convenient place.
How do I download the SmartGenix app?
You can download the SmartGenix app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search for 'Smartgenix' and click 'Install'
How secure is my information with Smartgenix?
At Smartgenix, we take the security of your information very seriously. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data and we never share your information without your permission.

How do I create an account with Smartgenix?
Creating an account is easy. Download the Smartgenix app, tap on 'Register', fill in the required information and you're good to go or if you are a company click on the product you will like and click on 'Sign Up' fill in all the required information and pay for the account you would like. If you have any questions send us a message.
Can I change my account details?
Absolutely. You can edit your account details at any time in the 'My Account' section of the Smartgenix app. or you can go to the account section of the relevant dashboard and head to the 'Account' section.

Absolutely not, We don't store any of your card details on our system. Your payment security is of utmost importance to us.
