Will the AI auto-reply say something I would not?

It only replies to thank-yous and questions it can answer from your garage's own information. Complaints and pricing questions get a fixed, polite holding reply with no prices or promises, and anything sensitive is left for you.

Can I turn auto-reply off?

Yes. It is off by default, and you can switch it on or off at any time with one click.

Does the Social Media Hub cost extra?

No. It is included in the garage dashboard.
