Company Information
Tell us about your garage. This information is used to identify your business on the platform and set up your garage profile.

| Company Name * | Your official garage or business name. Must be unique on the platform. |
| Address * | Full street address of your garage. |
| Country * | Select your country. UK accounts unlock additional MOT features. |
| City * | Auto-populated based on your country selection. |
| Telephone * | Your main garage contact number (4–13 digits). |
| Postcode * | Your garage postcode (max 7 characters). Used for map location. |
| Opening Time * | When your garage opens each day. |
| Closing Time * | When your garage closes each day. |
| Out-of-Hours Response | Whether your team responds to enquiries outside business hours. |

Personal Information
Enter your personal details as the account owner. This creates your admin user profile.

Account Credentials
Set your login email and a strong password. These are your permanent credentials to sign in to SmartGenix.
Email Address *
Must be a valid, unique email address. This will also be your login username.
Password *
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (e.g. @, #, !)
Payment & Checkout
SmartGenix uses Stripe for secure payments. You'll be redirected to a hosted checkout page to complete your subscription purchase.
Your account is created only after a successful payment. If you close the checkout window, no account or charges are created.

Once your payment is confirmed, SmartGenix automatically creates and links all your records:
