Getting Started

Basic Configuration

Keep your account, company profile, and service settings up to date. All settings are accessible from the Account page inside your dashboard.

How to access Account Settings

Log in → Click your name or avatar in the top navigation → Select Account Settings. Or navigate directly to /company/account.

Company Information

Update your garage's public-facing details. Changes to your address or postcode will automatically re-validate and update your map coordinates.

Field Notes
Company Name Your garage trading name as it appears on the platform.
Address Full street address. Changing this triggers a coordinate re-lookup.
Country Changing country may affect which services are available (e.g. MOT is UK-only).
City Auto-populated from your country selection.
Telephone Main garage contact number (4–13 digits, country code applied automatically).
Postcode UK postcodes are validated in real time. Non-UK postcodes use Google Maps.
Opening Time Start of your business hours. Shown to customers on your profile.
Closing Time End of your business hours.
Out-of-Hours Response Toggle whether enquiries outside business hours are accepted.

Personal Information

Update your own profile details. These are separate from your company information.

Field Notes
First Name Your personal first name.
Last Name Your personal last name.
Email Address Your login email. Changing this updates your login credentials.
Telephone Your direct contact number.
Mobile Your mobile number for urgent contact.
Role / Position Your title at the company (e.g. Owner, Fleet Manager).

Services Configuration

Toggle which services your garage offers. Enabling or disabling a service updates your platform profile and affects the modules available in your management dashboard.

MOT Testing

Enable if you are a registered MOT testing station. UK accounts only.

Vehicle Services

Routine maintenance, oil changes, brake checks, and servicing jobs.

Repairs

Mechanical and bodywork repairs for all vehicle types.

Recovery

Roadside assistance and vehicle recovery. Required for the Recovery product tier.

Vehicle Types

Select or deselect the vehicle categories your garage services. You can update this at any time — your profile reflects the current selection immediately on save.

Changes to vehicle types are saved together with all other account settings when you click Save.

Password Management

To change your password, fill in the password field on the Account Settings page. Leave it empty if you do not want to change it.

Password requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

After saving a new password, you will need to use the updated password on your next login. Make sure to note it down.
