Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard is the control centre for your SmartGenix account. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your subscription, support tickets, quick links to your tools, and important notices from the SmartGenix team.
Your Package Widget
This widget shows your current subscription plan and its status at a glance.
Active Subscription
- • Plan name displayed
- • Status shown as Live
- • Next renewal date shown
- • Renew Now button available
No Active Subscription
- • "No subscription" message shown
- • Status shown as Expired
- • Pay a Bill button to renew
If your garage is managed under an Enterprise account, this widget shows the individual garage package name assigned by your enterprise manager.
Support Tickets Widget
A quick view of your open support requests. This widget is visible only if you have an active subscription.
If you have open tickets
The total count is displayed prominently. A View Tickets button links to the full ticket list.
If you have no tickets
A Create Ticket button is shown to get you started.
Shortcuts
Direct links to your management tool based on your package type. These take you straight into the operational part of SmartGenix.

Notices
Two types of notices may appear on your dashboard. These are read-only messages published by the SmartGenix team.
Company Notices
Important updates and announcements specific to your company account — billing reminders, feature announcements, or policy changes.
Service Notices
Platform-wide announcements such as scheduled maintenance, new features, or system updates affecting all users.
Trial Period Alert
If you are on a trial without an active paid subscription, a countdown banner appears at the top of your dashboard.
Trial expiring soon
When the alert appears, navigate to Billing → Pay a Bill to activate a full subscription before your trial ends to avoid losing access.
